Obtained from grape grown in regime of biologic agriculture, it comes from the area historically considered as the place of origin of Grillo wine. Simply pleasant.

After the harvest, the grape is quickly brought to the winery, then delicately pressed and immediately stored in cool location at 16° C. The high quality must is prepared for fermentation with selected yeasts at 16° – 18° C for 15 – 18 days.
It is aged in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
