SYRAH + NERO D’AVOLA
The best Sicilian blend of grapes. A perfect combination that re ects the best qualities of the two types of grape. It is a harmony of sensations and characters, strength and elegance. It is a full, intense wine, good for nose and palate. It is recommended with grilled meat and game.
Grapes are hand-harvested during the rst hours of the morning, at the highest ageing process (end of August for Syrah, rst week of September for Nero d’Avola). Juice and skins are stored in cool location at 26,5°C and then transferred in steel tanks for maceration. Fermentation lasts 12-15 days. Syrah is aged in French oak barriques for 12 months minimum.
